Shop NowOur Story
CUIRART was born from a deep reverence for Morocco's unparalleled leatherworking legacy — a craft passed down through generations within the ancient medinas of Fès and Marrakech. Every bag we create is an act of cultural preservation.
Our artisans — called m'allem — train for decades to master the techniques of vegetable tanning, hand-stitching, and tooling that make Moroccan leather (cuir) among the most sought-after in the world.
When you carry CUIRART, you carry centuries of story.

Men's Collection
Clean lines, deep textures, honest materials — leather as it was meant to be worn, by hands that work and minds that wander.
The Process
In the ancient tanneries of Fès, the art of leather — cuir — is practiced exactly as it was in the 11th century. Hides are soaked in limestone and pigeon guano, then dyed in terracotta vats filled with natural pigments: saffron for yellow, poppies for red, indigo for blue.
This is not a factory. It is a living heritage. Each CUIRART piece requires up to 40 hours of handwork — cutting, burnishing, stitching, and finishing — by artisans who have dedicated their lives to this craft.
